I started getting interested in Photography while in the Navy and stationed on the island of Guam in 1970. As I got older, got married and into another career, I left photography behind until I was in my early 40's when I picked it up again. Now that I'm retired, I submit my work to various magazines, calendar publishers, and other submissions that fit my work. I have become infatuated with Ruby-thoated Hummingbirds and their daily behavior in recent years and I'm currently submitting photos as well as articles based on my observations while working with these pugnacious masters of flight. I enjoy shooting around my home as well as traveling to other locations.
